We’ve decided to do some renovations on our very own October 17 Media website! The intention was to make it more user friendly and capitalize on what we’ve been learning from our web site statistics in recent months. Basically, you told us what’s interesting to you and we’ve added more of it and reorganized a bit so we don’t lose any of you precious people as you check out our site!
Here are the primary changes:
1. Reorganized our “Services Section” so it’s more descriptive and comprehensive!
It now covers in more detail what we do and provides PDF information sheets in certain categories (e.g., check out our PDFs on Paid Search Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Twitter Account Management and Web Site Design Solutions!
2. Added an “Our Work” section and “Recent Projects” to share some of our successes.
This is probably our favorite update. It has pretty pictures and everything. You should check it out. We include social media projects that we’ve recently completed for Future Shop such as the virtual “Future Shop Playoff Pad” and the Future Shop Hunt. Gather and WIN! contest. And, a few quality samples of our recent web site design and development work (scroll down!).
3. We’ve added a “Team” page to introduce some of the people who work behind the scenes.
Headshots! Yes, you can see some photos of our team members now. Please, no stalking. Just kidding! We can’t help it if we’re not only talented but a good looking bunch too. Also added are introductions of who we are and what we do every day at October 17 Media.
4. Re-coded to ensure top notch optimized coding and added some more calls to action!
(Hey, you can’t see the code but we thought we’d let you know). Want to see some of new ‘calls to action’, in action?
