When it comes to marketing, you cannot wait for a story about your business to be told. You must come up with stories and promotions that will speak to your existing customers on a regular basis. If you are not making your existing customers are priority, you can bet your competition is.

What exclusive treatment are you giving to your #1 customers? These are your biggest fans.

What you really want to do is motivate existing customers to buy more and buy more often. We do this by making our #1 customers feel special because when they feel special, they tell others how great you are. They also are more likely to buy more and buy more often.
