Have you ever signed up for a website or bought a product or service on the net and as soon as you hit “send” you instantly receive an email confirming your action? You may think that there are a hundred elves waiting in the North Pole to answer your emails. While certainly a cute thought, that’s not the case. It can save you the hassle and work of replying to each and every person on your mailing list.
